Through Annabel’s Platform: Voice of the Vulnerable, Annabel strives to challenge stereotypes, change perceptions, and empower individuals to ensure every voice is heard and valued. Her mission is clear: to uplift, inspire, and create opportunities for those who need it most, advocating for ethical treatment and inclusivity every step of the way.
As a registered nurse and whistleblower, Annabel knows the true meaning of courage and compassion. Her dedication to being a voice of the vulnerable drives her to advocate for change and empower others to do the same.

Asha Manhota
‘Raise your words, not voice. It is rain that grows flowers, not thunder’
Asha’s project SENding support helps parents like her to build a community and gain real life parenting advice. It’s important for SEN parents to have time for their self care and wellbeing to be strong for your child. Being a voice for children who don’t have a voice, creating awareness for the kids who are forgotten, and inspiring others by using her voice and being a force for good.
’Mental health is not just the absence of mental illness. It’s emotional, physical, and social well-being.’

Hazelline Buenaventura
Empowering women to embrace their flaws and imperfections and to not limit themselves in chasing for their dreams, regardless of external expectations. Her advocacy is driven by the belief that societal standards often place unnecessary pressure on women to conform to unrealistic ideals. She encourages self-love, self-acceptance, and the understanding that imperfections make each person unique.
Through her platform, she envisions to aid each woman in discovering their maximum potential to create a ripple effect of faith, power, resilience.

Jessica Bramwell
Growing up around mental health challenges and navigating her own struggles with self-worth, she’s so excited to be part of a pageant that celebrates elegance, empowerment, and personal growth while supporting the incredible Still She Rose foundation.
With a mission to help women rise above challenges, International Ms aligns perfectly with her passion for empowering women to see their worth, overcome adversity, and thrive. Through her work focusing on health, wellness, and mindset, she helps women create lasting, positive change. She is determined to pave the way for others, proving that your past does not define you and inspiring more women to embrace their strength and step into their power.

Kirstie Logan-Townshend
“Words are powerful; choose them wisely.”
Kirstie is a Communications professional and a regular media commentator for BBC Wales and BBC Radio 5 Live.
Kirstie’s platform ‘Media Matters’ provides pro-bono coaching, tips and resources around media relations and campaign strategy to pageant contestants all across the country, in aid of Still She Rose. ‘Media Matters’ covers all elements of media training and campaign strategy, from media relations to lobbying, equipping women with the skills they need to successfully navigate negotiations with journalists, think on their feet and handle contentious lines of enquiries, building their confidence in media settings and transforming their platform ideas into real, tangible campaigns which create impact.

Millie Cooke
Millie is the voice of ‘it’s the little things’, championing self-love and a beacon of inspiration for those navigating life’s challenges.
She encourages people to prioritise their overall mental, emotional and physical well-being by embracing new habits and stepping outside their comfort zones. Millie believes personal growth and the courage to push boundaries are key to unlocking your full potential. Her goal is to inspire others to break free from self-sabotaging limitations and challenge societal stereotypes.

Rhea Varker
“Our weaknesses can build us up to be just as powerful as our strengths!” This is something that Rhea has promoted throughout her life. After having felt like she had become a shell of herself through PTSD & anxiety, she worked hard to regain her spark.
Rhea strives to help women rediscover themselves using her own experiences, the good and the bad. She has created a safe space for women to come together, to help them not to feel sad but empowered by the challenges they have tackled and overcome no matter how big or small. Getting to offer support and knowledge to others making them feel comfortable and confident is a big part of her journey in life. Rhea believes that “your past doesn’t have to shape your future” and working alongside International Ms UK can only enhance the work she is already doing, by helping to reach a wider community.

Senna-Michelle Juchau
A passionate advocate for empowerment and transformation, inspiring women through her platform, Miss Bariatric, which celebrates the strength and resilience of women who have undergone weight-loss surgery. Miss Bariatric stands for breaking stereotypes, embracing self-love, and showcasing the beauty of personal growth. She hopes Still She Rose can work in partnership to offer vital mental health support to those navigating the emotional challenges of transformation, reminding them that their journey is valid and powerful.

Veronica-Mae Ophelia Charles
Resilience runs deep in Veronica’s veins, and she channels her unwavering determination into inspiring young people to reach for the stars. Her passion for uplifting the lives of youth is the driving force behind her mission. Whether it’s her vision of opening a vocational academy for students facing behavioural challenges or her hands-on approach in delivering workshops on confidence-building and raising aspirations, Veronica is a fierce advocate for the next generation.
With a Master’s in Behaviour Management, Veronica is on a crusade to find solutions that keep students in school and out of the school-to-prison pipeline. She collaborates with “NoMoreExclusions,” a grassroots movement advocating for the abolition of exclusions, while championing her own platform, “Voice Matters,” empowering young people to find their voices, cultivate confidence in public speaking, raise aspirations and encourage them to shatter every glass ceiling.
